We have washing machines of 9 kg, 15 kg and 19 kg, prepared for all types of household clothing, from everyday garments to duvets and blankets.
What do the washing programs include?
All cycles include detergent, fabric softener, and active oxygen, a product that disinfects, protects color, and whitens without damaging fabrics. Correct temperatures: Low (30°C), Medium (40°C), High (50°C), Cold
Instructions for using the washing machine
- Empty your pockets and zip up any zippers.
- Load the washing machine and close the door securely.
- Insert the exact amount with coins or follow the instructions in the app.
- Select the program. The display will show you the remaining time. Remember: the door cannot be opened until the wash cycle is finished.
Rules of use
- Household linens only (no pet clothing or bedding).
- Harsh external detergents, bleach, carpets, or shoes are prohibited.
- Do not overload the machine: use only up to ¾ of capacity.
- Overloading may block the spin cycle.
- No animals, bicycles, scooters, or skates allowed.

Instructions for drying clothes
- Place your clothes inside and close the door.
- Pay with coins or follow the app's instructions.
- Select the temperature.
- You can open the door at any time to check the humidity. The process pauses and resumes automatically when you close the door. Do not press the STOP button.
Drying standards
- Always check the labels on your clothes.
- Do not dry clothes with plastic, metal, or paper items.
- Do not dry shoes, sneakers, or clothes without spinning them first.
- Do not overload the dryer.
