In our self-service laundry, you'll find a fast, intuitive, and efficient system. We'll explain step by step how to wash and dry your clothes using professional machinery and achieve impeccable results.

We have 9kg, 17kg, and 19kg washing machines, ready for all types of household laundry, from everyday items to duvets and blankets.
What do the washing programs include?
All cycles include detergent, fabric softener, and active oxygen, a product that disinfects, protects color, and whitens without damaging fabrics.
Instructions for using the washing machine
- Empty pockets and zip up zippers.
- Load the washing machine and close the door securely.
- Enter the correct amount of laundry with coins or follow the app instructions.
- Select the program. The display will show you the remaining time. Remember: the door cannot be opened until the wash is finished.
Rules of use
- Household laundry only (no clothing or pet bedding).
- Aggressive external detergents, bleach, carpets, or footwear are prohibited.
- Do not overload the machine: use only up to ¾ of its capacity.
- Overloading may block the spin cycle.
- Access with animals, bicycles, scooters, or skates is not permitted.

Choose the most suitable dryer
We have 15 kg and 17 kg dryers, with three temperature levels: •Low (50 ºC) •Medium (40 ºC) •High (30 ºC) •Cold
Instructions for drying clothes
- Put the laundry in and close the door.
- Pay with coins or follow the instructions in the app.
- Choose the temperature.
- You can open the door at any time to check the humidity. The process pauses and resumes automatically when you close it. Do not press the STOP button.
Drying rules
- Always check the label on your clothes.
- Do not dry clothes with plastic, metal, or paper items.
- Do not dry shoes, sneakers, or clothes without spinning.
- Do not overload the dryer.
